1. Representation of the Landlord:

1.1. Property for rent 

- active offer of the Property to the potential tenants on the market - not only through advertisements but to wide range of individual clients who is our agency in touch

                                                                                                                         1 month rental including utilities at the moment of signing the rental contract


1.2. Property for SELL 

- active offer of the Property to the potential Buyers on the market - not only through advertisements but to wide range of individual clients who is our agency in touch

                                                                                                                         3 percents of the value of the property 

- we would happily represent landlords who do not offer property through more than 3 real estate agencies altogether. We beliebe that more than 3 is contraproductive. 

2. Representation of the Tenant / Buyer:

2.1. Property for rent

- active searching of the Property according to your preferences, we are not limited by our offers, but we are focused on the whole market - We have established cooperation with other agencies, we are in touch with individual landlords as well

2.2. Property for Buy

- active searching of the Property according to your preferences, we are not limited by our offers, but we are focused on the whole market - We have established cooperation with other agencies, we are in touch with individual landlords as well

                                                                                                                        3 percents of the value of the property - we asked for nonreturnable deposit for our services - Half of the commission deductable from final commission.
